The Small Business Leadership Training Program Returns to Chatham County in January 2012!

Broadlands and Chatham Partnership

Broadlands Financial Group, LLC and the Chatham County M/WBE Program are launching their Small Business Leadership and Surety Bond Training Program for the second time! Broadlands has announced that the next session will take place on January 12, 2012. In March 2011 thirty small, minority and local businesses completed Phase I of the program and all raved of its success.

The 2011 session focused on the fundamentals of business leadership, motivational management, creative decision making, advanced sales strategies and creating powerful mission statements. The goal of this session was to enable these small business owners to gain an advantage in the competitive economy. Bryan Fortay, Executive Vice President of Broadlands Financial Group and Senior Vice President of First Sealord Surety, received only positive feedback for his presentations and participants left saying it was “The best leadership training they have experienced.”

This success has created high expectations for the January 2012 leadership training seminar. Broadlands Financial Group, LLC and the Chatham County M/WBE Program are looking forward to developing and implementing another highly informational and beneficial program. We want to encourage even more business owners in the Chatham County area to participate in this valuable opportunity.
