Ted A. Drauschak

President of Broadlands Financial Group, LLC

  

Co-founded and serves as Executive Vice President of Sealord LLC, Director of Sealord Holdings, Inc., and President of Broadlands Financial Group, LLC.  

  

 

Mr. Drauschak is the co-founder of Sealord Holdings, Inc. (the parent company of Broadlands Financial Group, LLC.), and the president of Broadlands. As the operational manager of the company, he is a supervising partner on major client relationships and projects, and takes an active role in client representation, advocacy, and delivery of technical, engineering, contract and risk management solutions.  In addition to his extensive role within the Broadlands company, Mr. Drauschak serves as Executive Vice President of Sealord LLC, and its subsidiary, First Sealord Surety, Inc. First Sealord is a U.S. Department of Treasury Listed, A.M. Best Rated A- (“Excellent”) insurance company that is an affiliate of Broadlands. This affiliation lends a great deal of regulation and construction risk control experience to Broadlands. Mr. Drauschak led the Broadlands team on the Nevada Solar One project, which at the time was the world’s third-largest CSP plant and was completed in just eighteen months with millions of dollars in owner savings.

 Mr. Drauschak received his Civil Engineering degree from Drexel University, and received executive education through Harvard University’s Strategic Public-Sector Negotiation Program and Oxford University’s Strategic Leadership Program. He has significant civil engineering, construction management and development experience throughout his career prior to co-founding Sealord Holdings, having worked for such internationally recognized names as Bechtel Power Corporation and RTKL Associates, Inc. He has experience in CSP, PV, Biomass and Wind projects.

Board of Directors/Executive Committee/Finance Committee for Pottstown Healthcare Corporation. Pottstown, PA. 1997-2004 

  

Managing the not-for-profit provision of acute care and outpatient medical services to the region through a 300 bed regional hospital, multiple primary care and specialty practices and ancillary facilities. In 2004 directed and oversaw the sale of the hospital to a for-profit hospital management company, a $150 million transaction. 

  

Vice Chairman, Board of Directors – Pottstown Health & Wellness Foundations. Pottstown, PA. 2004-2005 

Using proceeds from the sale of the hospitals assets, founded and established a not-for-profit foundation to fund community health and wellness initiatives. 

  

Vice Chairman of North Coventry Municipal Authority. North Coventry, PA. 1997-2004 

Operating a regional sewer authority and undertaking the public financing and construction of a $15 million sewage treatment plant and collection system expansion.
