Broadlands provides a detailed analysis of the project estimate, the project construction team, project scope of work, the contract and contract documents including the plans and specifications for the project, as well as the capabilities of any subcontractors planning to perform work on the project. These services allow our clients to properly evaluate risk of completion on a particular construction project.
